I have installed Password Recovery Bar, but I don't see it.

You can show or hide Password Recovery Bar using the Internet Explorer menu. Go to the View > Explorer Bar menu and click the Password Recovery Bar option.

How to start Password Recovery Bar from the Internet Explorer toolbar?

You can access Password Recovery Bar more efficiently using the Password Recovery Bar toolbar button added to the Internet Explorer toolbar. If you can't see the Password Recovery Bar icon on the toolbar, go to the View > Toolbars menu and click Customize... In the Customize Toolbar dialog box scroll through the Available toolbar buttons list, select Password Recovery Bar and click Add. Close the Customize Toolbar dialog box, and the Password Recovery Bar button will appear on the toolbar. Click the Password Recovery Bar button to open Password Recovery Bar toolbar.
