| Click the IE Screenshot Pro toolbar button in Internet Explorer to popup the IE Screenshot Pro menu. This menu contains all the items for controlling IE Screenshot Pro. For example, to copy an entire Web page to the Clipboard, use the Copy menu item. To make a screenshot of the current Web page and save it to a file, use either the Save or Save As... menu item. If you choose the Save menu item, the screenshot will be saved to a file with the parameters (location, name and file type) depending on the settings of the program you specify in the Options dialog box. If you select the Save As... menu item, the Save Web Page Screenshot As dialog box will appear on the screen. You can use it to specify the name, type and location of the file to save the screenshot to.

| IE Screenshot Pro includes a feature that makes it easy to e-mail screenshot files of Web pages to others via the Internet. The Send by E-mail feature allows you to make a screenshot of a web page and mail the screenshot file with just one click. It quickly saves a screenshot file of the Web page in a temporary file, creates an e-mail message, and attaches the screenshot file to the message. You can then address the message, add any desired text, and send the e-mail as you usually would. IE Screenshot Pro automatically deletes the temporary file when it is no longer needed. To use this feature, simply choose the Send by E-mail from the menu.

| You can stamp text on screenshots each time you make one. Just specify the corresponding options in the Options dialog box, and IE Screenshot Pro will stamp screenshots with the specified text, the current date and the URL of the Web page. In addition, you can specify the transparency of the text layer on your screenshots.
